Ulises Daniel Serratos

Ulises Serratos research interests are the development of predictive models for dexterity; modelling of the musculoskeletal apparatus, particularly the upper extremity; the effect of physiological and anatomical variability on the upper limb performance.

Ulises Serratos is a PhD student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sheffield. He has a first degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Administrative Engineering and Quality.

My Research interests:

Ulises Serratos research interests are the development of predictive models for dexterity; modelling of the musculoskeletal apparatus, particularly the upper extremity; the effect of physiological and anatomical variability on the upper limb performance; and biomechanics in general.

About my current research:

Mr Ulises Serratos current research is focused on the development of predictive models for dexterity; the application of non-linear modelling techniques to dexterity and the use of the hand. The study focuses on the upper extremity at the musculoskeletal system level of the body.
